Using the Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual or other property rights or interests in the Services or the content you access. You must not use any branding or logos used in the Services unless we have given you separate explicit written permission. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with the Services. Unless you have explicit written permission, you must not reproduce, modify, rent, lease, sell, trade, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform, create derivative works based on, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion or use of, or access to, the Services (including content, advertisements, APIs, and software).

Member Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Services or to our servers, systems, network, or data

Use of Services

You must follow any guidelines or policies associated with the Services. You must not misuse or interfere with the Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use the Services only as permitted by law. Unless otherwise expressly stated, you may not access or reuse the Services, or any portion thereof, for any commercial purpose.

By installing our tool, you have chosen to accept the following. For your data’s security, your search queries will be done on smaller search providers, automatically. If you do not want this feature enabled, you may update your preferences by visiting the settings page of the tool. If you choose to disable the automatic feature, you can manually perform the same task yourself. Your search queries will be stored by us. If we determine that you do not qualify for this service, for any reason, we may decide to disable our service for you. At that point, you can simply uninstall the tool at any time.

Support

Unless otherwise expressly stated, we do not promise to provide you with any support for the Services. If we provide you with support, it is at our sole discretion and does not mean that we will continue to provide you with support in the future.

No warranties

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free. In addition, we do not make any warranty as to the content on or available through the services. The services and all content are distributed on as “as is, and as is available” basis. Any material that you download or otherwise obtain through the services is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any potential damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from your download of any such material.

Remedy; Arbitration; Governing Law.

If you are dissatisfied with the services or content, if you do not agree with any part of these terms, or if you have any other dispute or claim with or against us or a third party with respect to these terms, the services, or the content, then your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service and/or content. The company follows the law of the Cayman Islands.

Miscellaneous.

We may be required by law to notify you of certain events. You hereby acknowledge and consent that such notices will be effective upon our posting them. If you do not provide us with accurate information, we cannot be held liable if we fail to notify you. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, including all terms, conditions, and policies that are incorporated into these terms by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements that you may have with us. If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in effect.
